On the April 25, 2015 episode of Exposing Faux Capitalism, I covered the following issues:

From the News.ca.msn.com article, As many as 5 stabbed in Yonge/York Mills office in Toronto, we see an updated time of 10:36:03 GMT, which would be 6:36:03 AM EDT in Toronto.

Here is a screen capture I made of three articles in a Google search for “stabbing york mills”, showing two articles posted after the event, and this one 5 hours before, when it was at 11:17 AM EDT.

Update at 7:00 PM EDT:

I also searched Bing, confirming it’s not some bug with Google, and it also shows the MSN story being posted three hours before the reported stabbings.

Also, I am including the cached version, which is the original article, showing a post time of 10:24:15 GMT, which would be 6:24 AM EDT. Some have questioned whether it’s an West Coast/East Coast timing issue, where the article may have been written on the West Coast and published on an East Coast server, but notice that the story reports the stabbings as taking place around 9:30 AM EDT, and if that was the explanation this article still would have been published as late as 9:24 EDT — before the reported stabbings.

Julian IchimSocial activist, Julian Ichim, is scheduled to be on Exposing Faux Capitalism with Jason Erb on Truth Frequency Radio, June 23, 2013 from 8 to 9 PM EDT.

I plan to discuss the plans for a casino in the region of Waterloo, where I live, the $818 million Light Rail Transit fiasco, Waterloo’s extraction of taxes to go to wealthy developers to “develop” the student ghetto of Northdale, the Region giving corporate welfare to pay for empty airline seats, the bad behaviour of some police and judges in the area, and his activism.

No matter where you live, the principles of widespread wealth redistribution at the hands of government, blatant corporate welfare, and bad government representation and policies are things you will be able to identify with, and my focus is on diagnosing the symptoms and formulating the appropriate remedies.

I previously interviewed him on October 14, 2012.

Toronto StarKudos to these fellow Canadians who took the official conspiracy theory of the Boston Marathon bombings to task in this April 24, 2013 article in Canada’s most-read newspaper, the Toronto Star, with the revelation that the younger brother hiding in the boat was unarmed.

StartThinking
I love it how they pay no mind to the naked man that was apprehended who still hasn’t been identified, and just HAPPENS to look exactly like Tamerlan. They just say “who was killed last week in a confrontation with police.”
Nor do they show the picture of Dzhokhar exiting the boat with no visible wounds- especially not to his neck- when all of a sudden he’s on the ground, getting his throat slit, and receiving a tracheotomy.
Seriously, let’s start asking some REAL questions, can we please?!?!?

HamiltonRb
Let’s be honest here. Despite the fact there were thousands of FBI, State Police, Boston Police, helicopters, trained dogs & an arsenal of weapons, it was a citizen going out for a smoke that noticed the cover of his boat displaced, that found this punk.

mastereh1980
How did he shoot himself in the neck? Cause according to officials that’s what he did after getting out of the boat…

buttonz
…helluva shootout at the boat for an unarmed guy!!!

sludgeface
This is just another example of an out of control police force run amok; a pack of state sponsored bullyboys with unlimited access to firepower. Drunk with power, they stomped on the residents personal spaces, just like they do in New York, and just like they did here during the G20. When these clowns are on fire, it’s best to run as far away as you possibly can.

Want to stop terrorism? Turn off the tv.

LetTheGamesBegin
The shooting was prompted by the fact that standard procedure is to leave no one alive to refute your story. And you cannot just throw explosives at someone, it’s not a Bugs Bunny cartoon with dynamite and a wick.

Previously, I wrote the article, Toronto Star readers wise to the bin Laden killing story.

MisleadingFirst, by the attacks being called acts of “terrorism” as opposed to mass murder, despite no evidence at the time that there was a political motive.

Second, that the FBI had any reason or authority to be the primary investigator of the bombings in the absence of evidence of federal crimes involving foreign perpetrators or inter-state activities.

Third, that the military has any authority to conduct police actions on civilians. This was expressly prohibited by the Posse Comitatus Act (1878), and military police action against civilians is contrary to a free society.

Fourth, that a no-fly zone over Boston was justified. In rules of warfare, a no-fly zone is an act of war, as this former Washington Post military correspondent attests, and a de-facto declaration of war was made against the civilian population of Boston.

Fifth, that police have any authority to conduct arbitrary door-to-door searches without a warrant. Such action is expressly prohibited by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The only exigent circumstance to conduct a warrantless search of a home is if there is a clear and present danger to the physical safety or life of others by someone in the house, and if obtaining a warrant would unduly put the life of others at risk, and such exceptions are only justified on the basis that government is instituted to protect life, liberty and property.

Julian IchimOn the October 14, 2012 episode of Exposing Faux Capitalism with Jason Erb, I interviewed anti-G20 activist, Julian Ichim, who has been a 2011, 2006, 2003 and 1999 federal or provincial election candidate.

Ichim described how his peaceful group was infiltrated by police prior to the 2010 G-20 summit in Toronto and how he was selectively charged with breaching a publication ban on releasing the pseudonym of an undercover officer who befriended and eventually betrayed him.

He described how groups like his are targeted because they offer alternatives that are outside the controlled political system.

During the interview, I shared this quotation from the Globe and Mail article, How police infiltrated groups planning G20 protests, of an admission by a police sergeant that police claim the authority to be above the law:

“[The officer]was saying ‘we need to take monkey wrenches and [damage construction]machinery,’” he said. “The occupation had a lot of support and he was talking about wrecking machinery, which tactically makes no sense.”

(Sgt. Chamberland said officers can break the law, but only with “prior, specific” permission from higher-ups.)

The Globe and Mail is, ironically, the same newspaper that broke the same publication ban in publishing the undercover officer’s name, yet wasn’t charged, which lends further credence to Ichim’s claim that the charges against him were politically motivated, and is yet another example of selective enforcement of our laws.
