On the February 14, 2015 episode of Exposing Faux Capitalism with Jason Erb, I discussed:

Important monetary reform victory in Canada, the call for Congressional authorization for ground troops in Syria and Iraq, the bogus Islamic State, Niqab ban during Canada’s citizenship oath, kosher conservatism and the twin sisters of multiculturalism and sustained, mass immigration from around the world.

U.S. ConstitutionSince World War II, the American public has been regularly lied to and misled by various mass media sources that a Declaration of War under the United States Constitution is unnecessary, outmoded and/or only symbolic.

Article I, Section 8, which grants enumerated powers to Congress, grants Congress the power “[t]o declare War.”

Therefore, any references to war in the Constitution relate to this specific power.

The proof that a Declaration of War under the U.S. Constitution isn’t symbolic comes from the U.S. Constitution itself, which states in the Third Amendment that:

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Given that the Third Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is still in effect, not having been amended by a subsequent amendment, it demonstrates that only a Declaration of War by Congress, specifically under Article I, Section 8, gives the Congress the authority to quarter soldiers in the houses of Americans, in a manner prescribed by law, and if there is only a so-called authorization under the War Powers Resolution of 1973, or some presidential executive action, such quartering would be unconstitutional and illegal.

This amendment clearly puts the lie to anyone perpetrating the notion that a Declaration of War is only symbolic subsequent to the last official Declaration of War in World War II, and in the subsequent years.

Flag of Israel. Shows a Magen David (“Sh...

This article, Syrian women who fled to Jordan tell of horrific rapes back home, in Canada’s most-circulated newspaper, The Toronto Star, is further confirmation of a deliberate plan of Zionist propaganda against the Assad regime in Syria, following their conquest of Libya, due in part to its public central bank that was not controlled by the Zionist Bank for International Settlements.

The Star article is duplicitous, because it doesn’t acknowledge that the uprising was covertly organized and funded by the very same Zionist entities who are now posturing to portray themselves as saviours, and because it doesn’t document the similar war crimes by the Zionist-inspired rebel groups, as even Zionist-controlled CNN disclosed in its March 12, 2013 article, U.N.: Both Syrian rebels and government guilty.

On June 30, 2012, I wrote the article, Western mass media, I utterly reject your warmongering propaganda against Syria’s Assad, concerning what I saw as a deliberate propaganda campaign to demonize Assad in order for well-meaning Westerners to accept further Zionist aggression against Zionism’s few powerful opponents.

Map flag of Iran

Some interesting points came out from the April 20, 2012 episode of TVO’s, The Agenda with Steve Paikin: Iran: A Path to War?

It was stated that Iran only needs 3.5% uranium enrichment for the medical isotopes they say they need their enrichment for, despite enriching up to 20%.

20% was said to be the threshold beyond which it is relatively easy to weaponize the uranium by enriching it up to 95%, with one panelist saying it could be done “within weeks.”

One panelist said Israel could attack before the 2012 presidential election, with another disagreeing.

It was mentioned that the U.S. has a 30,000 pound bunker-busting bomb while Israel’s biggest bomb is only 5000 pounds, and, therefore, only the U.S. would have the capacity to mount an attack within the weeks it was said Iran could make the decision to weaponize.

Khomeini’s fatwa against nuclear weapons was mentioned, with the panelists saying the decision to weaponize will be based on secular concerns, and one panelist arguing that the fatwa was essentially useless in the current context, while another panelist said it was very important and would be used as a face-saving measure if the Iranians choose not to weaponize.

What wasn’t discussed, unfortunately, though predictably, was the terrorism likely perpetrated by Israel, like the Stuxnet virus, the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists, and India bombings.

Predictions about when Iran will be attacked are a dime a dozen, like this bogus prediction by Alex Jones’ “insider” sources about an imminent Israeli-U.S. attack on Iran in 2011.

Apparently Infowars.com didn’t get the declaration of war by their former writer, Keith Johnson, in still having him listed as a contributor as of April 20, 2012 (emphasis mine).

Contributing Writers

It’s really quite humorous when you read what he actually wrote, including this opening statement:

“Here is a letter I sent to Alex Jones, Kurt Nimmo and the rest of the Zionist trash over at INFOWARS:

Official presidential portrait of Barack Obama...

It has been noted that Friday, May 20, 2011, marked 60 days since the initiation of U.S. hostilities against Libya.

The War Powers Resolution of 1973 prohibits U.S. armed forces from continuing hostilities for more than 60 days, with a 30 day withdrawal period, unless there is statutory Congressional authorization, or a formal constitutional Congressional declaration of war.

However, the War Powers Resolution and its timetable are a completely false diversion in this case.

The only situation in which an offensive military operation without prior Congressional authorization is valid under the Resolution is, “a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Since the United States wasn’t attacked by Libya, the War Powers Resolution doesn’t apply, and, therefore, the imposition of a no-fly zone (an act of war) was unlawful to begin with, and the talk of the 30-day withdrawal deadline is a red herring.

"Treason"

Treason is a word that has been bandied about a lot since 9/11. There are even calls for Bilderberg attendees to be tried for treason.

Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution states:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Notice the use of “them” and “their” in reference to the States, and not the nation state of the United States.

Therefore, levying war against any of the States, or in adhering to the enemies of any of the States, constitutes treason.

However, Congress is vested with the sole power to declare the punishment of treason.

The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

But what constitutes “Enemies” of the States? The Federalist Papers makes no explicit mention of this.

It is a big question, however, since some assert that the States have no “Enemies” in the absence of a formal declaration of war by Congress.

The fact that Congress is vested with the sole powers to declare war and the punishment of treason, is evidence to me that “Enemies” meant and means those that Congress has declared war against.

Without a constitutional declaration of war, “Enemies” can be designated at will, with no accountability, limitation, or common frame of reference on the part of those making that claim.
